30 Hour Famine Celebration

Together our Jr High youth raised $1344.15 to help fight poverty. Our church is so proud of our junior youth who took part in raising money for this world changing cause. They also raised 30 non-perishable items and we matched another 30 items to make that 60 total for the food bank. This helps numerous people in our community who are battling hunger. Not only did they do that, but they also brought in dozens quality of clothing items. Congratulate our junior youth next time you see them around the church.

We need generous donations of non-perishable grocery items for our Food Bank. We also have people in need of more than just food items. There has also been a request for items like shampoo, soap, body wash, tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, dish soap, etc. Our grocery gift cards can help with the purchase of milk, bread and meats but often aren’t in denominations high enough to purchase hygiene products as well.
